RATES ACCOMMODATION FOR HORSEMEN

2018 Partnership

Rates for riders of the equestrian center Lou Chibaou staying in the competitions from January 1st::

 

For guests looking for more hotel services during their stay of at least two nights (three nights in high season), will be asked at the time of booking:
 
 

A valid credit card number with expiration date must guarantee all reservations.

Cancellations have to be made by e-mail. In case of absence of cancellation by mail 48 hours before the beginning of the stay, the first night will be charged.
In high season from 14 July to 31 August , the duration of any stay must be a minimum of three nights (failing which one or two nights' accommodation will be invoiced on the basis of three).
The stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Pets will be charged € 5 per animal and per night.
Payment by Chèque vacances is not accepted.
Riders will park their vehicles in the parking lot at the back of the Bastide 1, so as not to interfere with the activity of the golf course.

Each client agrees to respect the rules of procedure of the Residence of tourism of the Bastides of the Golf of Albret.

Les cavaliers veilleront à stationner leurs véhicules sur le parking à l'arrière de la Bastide 1, afin de ne pas gêner l'activité du golf.

Chaque client s'engage à respecter le règlement intérieur de la Résidence de tourisme des Bastides du Golf d'Albret.
